Carl Manton has over 20 years experience in local government. He holds a Bachelor of Business, Master of Business Administration (specialising in Business Law) and Juris Doctor. Carl is married to Joy and has two children, Lachlan and Chelsea. Carl's outside interests include fishing, golf, keeping fit and spending time with his children. Carl believes the future of local government is exciting and that Goondiwindi Regional Council is well positioned to meet the challenges that lay ahead of it.
